Rice with Chicken and Veggies!
1 c rice
2 c water
2 chicken breasts
1-1 1/2 c veggies
salt
pepper
1 clove garlic
Pour rice then water into a loaf pan. Put veggies and chicken on top. Dice garlic and add. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in the oven at 450 for 20-30 min or until cooked thoroughly.
